Food Allergy: Milk and its Products
Food allergy is not uncommon. Human beings present a wide variety of allergic reactions toward food items including certian vegetables, fish, milk, etc.
Among these allergies, milk allergy deserves special attention. Being the first and primary food of the infants, milk allergy if presented by an infant leads to several problems both for the infant and for the mother and the caregivers.
It is interesting to note that milk allergy is not restricted any specific geographic locations. It is widespread among the populations of the world. In the medical world, milk allergy occupies a special niche. Recently, I saw a survey on milk allergies through the Google Reader. This is a good blog for obtaining diverse reasons and inplications behind food allergy.
